Thomas Crapper, the inventor of the toilet aka the crapper, does not exist and he did not invent the toilet. There was a Thomas Crapper who was a plumber working in England from 1861 to 1904, however, this was long after toilets and plumbing were both invented. You can read all about the real history of toilets and the myth of Thomas Crapper in my History of Plumbing.

thats bull, thomas crapper does excist he did invent the toilet, im doing a project on hinme and im right so far\
aybe a thomas crapper did exsist… but im sure non of you were around wen toilts were invented? were u? so who knows?
he did exist but he did not event the toilet he invented the ballcock
thomas crapper was fact a real person but did not invent the flush toilet, the flush toliet was invented by a Mr.John Harrington thomas invented the ballcock he was baptized september 27, 1836 but the exact date he was born is unknown thats and so they determin that he was born in september since you are baptized shortly after you are born
I agree with the article. Why? I am doing a project on the Toilet right now, and all Crapper did was make a pattent and never get it passed. True he was a plumber but Sir John Harrington made the water closet and Alexander Cummings made the Flush toilet.
