What Famous Inventions Were Invented in November?

Today in history events for the month of November. Find out what famous inventions, patents, or trademarks made history in the month of November. A few of my favorites are:
  • November 14 1973 when Patsy Sherman and Samuel Smith obtained a patent for a method for treating carpets, known as Scotchguard (Drawing Right - Scotchguard Patent)
  • November 10 1981 when the board game Trivial Pursuit was registered
  • and November 30 1858 when John Mason patented the screw neck bottle the Mason Jar.
