Becoming a Patent Attorney

Saturday January 29, 2005
Kuo-Hsiang wrote to me wanting to find out more about becoming a patent attorney, how to begin preparing for the exam, and where to find study materials or courses.

Thanks for your question. I have put together a few resouces on this topic that might help. You asked about becoming a patent attorney. Be aware that a patent attorney needs a previous legal degree, however, a patent agent does not.
