I have the idea on paper and drawn but I have no resources or experience. What can I do to find an investor to present the idea, to find who can build the product, and protect it?"

Harold it sounds like you have invented an "improvement" to another invention. Read Turning an Invention Idea Into Money and check the directory How to Fund, Sell, Market, or License. Expecting one investor to do everything for you is not wise.
