The History of the Shopping Mall

Sylvan Goldman invented the first shopping cart in 1936. Sylvan owned a chain of Oklahoma City grocery stores called Standard/Piggly-Wiggly. He invented the first shopping cart by adding two wire basket and wheels to a folding chair. Goldman, together with mechanic Fred Young, later designed a dedicated shopping cart in 1947 and formed the Folding Carrier Co. to manufacture the carts.

The Real Truth Behind Ghost Detectors
The real truth behind ghost detectors is that there are no dedicated ghost detectors and the United States has never issued a patent for any invention that claimed to detect ghosts. But does that mean that ghosts are not real and that there are no inventions that can be used to detect ghosts? Cameras, tape recorders, and video cameras have all been used by amateur and professional ghost hunters.
