History of the Scooter

Gino Tsai, a mechanical engineer claims that his legs were too short, and his walking speed always seemed too slow to get around his large bicycle factory in Chang Hua, Taiwan. To serve that purpose, Gino Tsai invented the modern Razor scooter. Patents for foot-powered scooters have been filed as far back as 1921.

This person didn’t invent the scooter……I DID in 1994 and was stollen from me by a person named andrew gagne. Michigan. NOT EVEN A PENNY FOR THE GUY
