Any inventive minds out there who also love college basketball? A new site, brought to you by Coke Zero, will let you submit ideas that could help create the ultimate NCAA fan experience. The Department of Fannovation is an online hub where people can share ideas on how to enhance fan's lives and then compete for a shot at $10,000 and a trip for two to the NCAA Final Four in 2011. So think concession cup that turns into a megaphone, a pair of pants with a built in seat cushion, or something as simple as a new cheering device (Foam Finger or Thunderstix). Next how to submit

Fans can head over now to Fannovation and submit their idea (along with any videos, photos, and drawings) and view/vote for the others. The top 64 ideas will then advance to the "Brain Bracket," where they will compete in a tournament-like "survive and advance" format until only one idea remains. The submission deadline for ideas is March 14th.
