It seems Apple has a hard time with coming up with their own product since they stole the copy written iphone name from Sprint and now Nokia has filed a law suite for 10 patent infringements for the iphone. So much for the law.
Sometimes the cost of litigation is less than the profits made. BTW, Apple has a crack legal team that, Im sure, reviewed everything in great detail prior to manufacturing.
