According to a blog by Science Codex, Cornell University's Food and Brand Lab researchers may have found a novel way to help you not eat more than one - edible serving-size markers that act as subconscious stop signs. In an experiment, students watched video clips in class, while served tubes of potato chips, some of which contained chips dyed red.
