DISCUSSION:
Does anyone know how the law applies to a person who was granted her
patent AFTER the date of separation during a divorce? I was married when
I "applied" for the patent, 3 1/2 years later I was granted it, but we
had already been apart before the "issue" date. I am wondering does he
have any legal rights to it or any proceeds I may garner from it?
