Food and nutrition researcher, Carmen Intengan (aka Carmen Llamas Intengan and Carmen L. Intengan) was a pioneer that helped improve the Filipino diet. She has conducted research studies in food analysis, enzyme work, and glass paper chromatography techniques.Carmen Intengan - Education:
