You will get a results page with patent numbers and titles listed, like the example above. Click on the patent number or title you're interested in.

Even though I used the keyword puzzles, I found that not all the results listed are for puzzle inventions. Take a look at the fourth listing called "Apparatus and method for making a magnetic coated medium, and a coated medium therefrom". It is not a patent for a toy puzzle.

You will not get the same results as my example above since new patents are issued every day. Select a patent from your results page that you feel is a real puzzle that you would play with.
