Louis Freeman - Trouser Cuff 1931

Louis W. Freeman designed an improved cuff for trousers and was issued patent #1,805,577, on 5/19/1931. Note that the cuffs have small holes in them. This design was intended to let trapped sand or dirt fall out of the cuff. Use the full-size view and then the zoom button to check it out.
