How Do I Submit my Patent to the Black Inventors' Database?

George Edward Alcorn invented a spectrometer

Question: How Do I Submit my Patent to the Black Inventors' Database?
Answer: If you are a black inventor and you have a patent number with your name on it - please e-mail me and let me know so I can add you to the database. We also have a new Patent Gallery. My e-mail address is inventors@aboutguide.com Please put patent holder in the subject line.

This database will accept any patent holder of African American descent for listing, historical or contemporary inventors, known or unknown. You must include your patent number. Please try to include the date the patent was issued and the title of the patent.

If you would like to have a biographical page created as well, include your biography and sufficient material so that I can write at least one paragraph or more about you. If you have jpegs or gifs of you and/or your invention, send them as e-mail attachments.

What readers tend to want to know about you is your hometown, place and date of birth, educational background, your history as an inventor, and what your invention is.

Be patient - I add new entries as time permits.
