Welcome to the Inventors site here at the Mining Company, a place for inventors, inventions and the inventive. I'm Mary Bellis and I will be your personal guide. I have a Masters' degree from the San Francisco Art Institute in film and animation and have produced and directed a number of short films, including a documentary on Alexander Graham Bell, who invented the telephone.When not here at the Mines, I am involved in the exiting new field of digital film production and curate an electronic art gallery. I am also presently working on a hardware development project (invention) that would allow consumer grade analog video recorders to record digital video, so I understand first hand the fustrations the independant inventor goes through, patent pending!
