- we cannot stop our leaders from ordering the production of nuclear weapons, but we can be the voice to say no. citizens of Hiroshima and Nagasaki were no threat to America, the U.S droped the bombs to scare the rest of the world, it worked for a time, but only until other country's started to produce their own atomic weapons, and it will continue like that, as children in a school yard, one will like the other only until somone else gets a new toy. and we will never see a land war the size of that of WW2 ever again, war is now defined by technoligy and machinery. we are in an age of global super-powers, who's leaders only care is to secure their votes in the next ellection.
